Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Some may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, divorce, separation, Autism, ADHD (ADD), or simply need somewhere to talk openly. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer help and support. Therapy or counselling is a process of growth and self-discovery, and we will work together to find out what this will look like for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
Sometimes people feel nervous, weird or awkward when coming to chat with someone for the first time or someone new. It's okay, our first session consists of us having a conversation as we work through questions together about your past, your current situation and where you want to be.
These sessions can take place either in person, virtually or by phone.
